Information collected for a demo
We process your name, clinic name, email or phone, optional doctor count and the needs you choose to share. We also record the time of your contact consent, preferred language, request status and a one-way hash of the IP address to limit abuse.
Purpose of processing
Information is used only to review and respond to the demo request, plan product scope, manage request history and prevent misuse of the form.
Protection against automated requests
When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and connection signals. Our server validates the single-use verification result; names, clinic details, contact information and notes from the form are not sent to Cloudflare for this check. Turnstile is not loaded when disabled.
Access and sharing
Demo requests are available in platform administration. Request details are also emailed separately to platform administrators and the registered email addresses of active Admin accounts across all clinics. Request details and the recipient address are shared with our email provider, Resend, to deliver these notifications. Form data is not automatically sent to voice or messaging providers.
Retention and security
Requests and email notification records should be retained only while the business purpose and necessary record obligations continue. Dashboard access is restricted through authenticated platform administration; email copies also exist in recipients' mailboxes. Production should use HTTPS and secure session configuration.
Your KVKK rights
Data subjects may ask whether their data is processed, request information or correction, seek deletion or destruction, and exercise other statutory rights. A request can be sent to the platform operator through the contact channel used in the demo response.
Requirement before production
The controller's legal name, contact address, retention periods and any international-transfer mechanism must be completed in this notice before launch on a production domain.
