Service scope
Flowy Dent is a software platform supporting calls, appointments, patient communication and clinic operations. Enabled features, providers and service scope may vary according to a separate clinic agreement and technical configuration.
Clinical decisions
The platform does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. Authorised health professionals and the clinic remain ultimately responsible for emergencies, clinical decisions and patient-safety processes.
Account and access security
Users must keep account details confidential, act only within assigned roles and permissions, and report suspicious access promptly to their clinic administrator.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful access, deceptive identity, unauthorised security testing, malicious content or use of patient data outside its intended purpose.
External providers
Voice, messaging and infrastructure features may depend on configured third-party providers. Availability and use may therefore be affected by those providers' services and terms.
Commercial terms and changes
Price, usage limits, support, data location and service levels are defined in the clinic proposal or agreement. This general text may be updated as the product develops.
